EU shipping delay update
NZ Post have currently suspended all shipping to EU countries due to new regulations regarding duty paid on shipments. We apologise for the delays in getting your orders to you and we hope this issue can be ironed out in a timely manner. As stated clearly on our website, we typically have sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) but this may be affected for future orders. We will endeavour to keep our customers well informed as soon as we have any updates.
