What do our book descriptions mean?
FINE: Pristine - as one would expect to find in the publisher’s warehouseNEAR FINE: Very slight fault or two, such as light rubbing. As good or better than you would expect to find in a new bookstore
VERY GOOD+: Minor faults - at a glance as good as you’d expect to find in a new bookshop, but at closer inspection showing some signs of wear
VERY GOOD: Moderate faults but still looking essentially sound and tidy. Appears secondhand not new
VERY GOOD-: Some obvious faults detracting from the attractiveness of the book
GOOD+: Damaged but still a good reading copy
GOOD: Good that it exists, but it is certainly damaged and may be incomplete
