Volume two is the extremely RARE edition (less than ten copies known to exist) with the added attraction of being an ASSOCIATION COPY - SIGNED by Parkinson on the title page, INSCRIBED by him on fep to W Bro G Norman Knight M A in grateful appreciation of happy collaboration, R E P, with the bookplate of Gilfred Norman Knight to front pastedown (Knight was the author of the Pocket History of Freemasonry) another bookplate below
