[first edition thus] 199pp ills.[16 col.plates by A.E.Jackson] G (binding copy,pale grey cloth w.gilt/brown dec.stamps to top board and spine,rubbed and stained,wear and chipping to extrems.,contents sl.foxed,many pp have been taped at gutter by an amateur,all plates are present although not in correct order and some are detached,plates are mounted on grey card,some mounting cards are soiled and chipped but all plates are clean and bright,spine cracked and shaky w.separation at many sections) a poor copy in need of restoration however thankfully the wonderful colour plates have been kept intact and clean - scans available on request
