Appears to be mis-bound with final section at rear possibly the title section with index, quarto, brown textured buckram boards, no external lettering, deckled page edges, illus/plates, 376pp + xxi index/title to rear, VG- (minor scuffing & soiling to spine & boards with some sl surface loss, heavy tanning to page edges, some pages & edges v brittle/delicate, moderate tanning & foxing to eps, original 1893 title page is detached & heavily cracked/brittle with some loss, some minor cracking to gutters- otherwise main page blocks reasonably sound, please feel free to contact us for more details/photos if required)
