Continued Inter Island ferry delays

There are more delays expected for the inter-island service to & from the North Island due to bad weather and scheduled maintenance of vessels. What does this mean for our customers? There will be some minor delays in getting your packages to you, but we will endeavour to get them to you as soon as we can. We appreciate your understanding.

We are not yet open to the public, but available BY APPOINTMENT for you to collect online orders and for us to look at books you're interested in selling. Official opening date TBA, but we promise it will be ASAP!

USA CUSTOMERS READ ME! (updated)

TRUMP TARIFFS: New Zealand Post (NZP) has resumed sending to the USA, hooray. However, your books will be a little more expensive, as we shall be passing on the cost of both the tariffs and costs associated with paying said tariffs onto you, the customer (SAD!). But the good news is, once you have paid for your book/s and shipping, you will NOT have to pay any extra duties or fees to receive your package (unlike the situation recently, when we did not have a DDP ("delivery duties paid") service available)

Random note: if you are in ALASKA or HAWAI'I, we have no idea why, but it costs an extra NZ$25 PER BOOK in some circumstances to send a package to you! If you have an alternative address in another US state, that is your best bet.
